1. Instrument model: FLUKE744 Documented Process Calibrator;
2. Fault description: Press the power button and the machine cannot be turned on normally;
3. Detection process:
a) The output of the battery module is normal and the charging is normal;
b) The key matrix group works normally;
c) The internal power management module of the machine works abnormally, and the CPU&FLASH&CLOCK cannot be started normally;
In summary, it is determined that the machine failure is caused by abnormal power supply.
Four. Fluke 744 calibrator maintenance:
Replace damaged devices and repair power management modules;
Recalibrate the whole machine and adjust the indicators;
The self-test & self-calibration passed, the machine returned to normal, and the maintenance was completed.
